The Secret’s Out!
It’s been a busy year for the Lee family.
Former Mötley Crüe drummer Tommy Lee got engaged on Valentine’s Day to girlfriend Brittany Furlan and not long after, became embroiled in a domestic violence battle with oldest son Brandon. The incident left Tommy, 55, briefly knocked out and despite reconciling with his son, the two erupted into drama again on Father’s Day before Brandon, 22, demanded that they stop airing their dirty laundry on social media and talk things out privately.

On the complete opposite side of the spectrum, Dylan Jagger Lee – Tommy’s youngest son and Brandon’s kid brother – has been pretty quiet, working away behind the scenes on a project he finally revealed just a few short days ago. The 20-year-old took to Instagram to confess that he’s been busy making (some pretty popular) music for the past year, confirming that he is, in fact, one half of popular music group Midnight Kids.

“Today is the day I’m finally telling the world about what I’ve been working on for the past year,” he shared on Instagram. “We have put countless hours into every single aspect of this project and will not stop anytime soon. This is just the beginning and I’m here to ask you all to be a part of the journey with us.”

“I have put every ounce of heart and soul into this project and it means the world to me. This has always been my dream to pursue music at the highest level and to create and share music with the world,” he continued. “While we have been putting out music for quite some time now, I have not told anyone because we wanted to let the music do the talking. We have found ourselves doing official remixes for @thechainsmokers , @wearelostkings , @thisisarizonamusic , @louisthechild and many more. Today is the day we reveal who we are and will truly begin our journey. I would not be where I am today without every single one of you. So please join me on this adventure.”

Last year their remix of The Chainsmokers’ “Young” was used in the group’s Fall 2017 Tommy Hilfiger campaign…but not before it amassed 7.5 million hits on Spotify.
